My name is Stefani Demas and I am a licensed mental health therapist (LH60283952) in Tacoma, Washington. I have been a therapist for over a decade, offering mental health counseling to both individuals and couples. I am also a Washington State Approved Supervisor and offer individual and group consultation and supervision to therapists working towards licensure.

It is my belief that humans are, at our core, relational beings. Relationships deeply inform the way we experience life and therapy offers a unique setting where you can explore new ways of being with yourself and relating to the world around you.
